If you decide to arrive by train, you should know that the nearest station to the Natural Park is Flaçà, with connections with Renfe, or Girona and Figueres with connections with High Speed ​​and TGV.
In the case of the bus, there are two companies that operate in the territory with regular lines from Girona (AMPSA) or Barcelona (Moventis) and that connect with the main destinations in the province.
