From the Park to the plate
Crops and the sea are two of the most characteristic landscapes of the Natural Park. Apart from their beauty and environmental value, they are the origin of excellent gastronomic products: Pals rice, Girona apple, Montgrí oil, l'Escala anchovy and the rest of the varieties of fish and seafood, bring the essence of the park to our palate.
