They make a wide variety of ice creams, many of them what they call gourmet ice creams, which are the result of specific requests from restaurateurs, to the point that they create a new ice cream practically every week.
Three ice creams stand out for being made with local products: Honey annealed ice cream, Poma de Girona ice cream, Moscatel ice cream (from Mollet de Peralada). They have made the honey annealing ice cream that has won the Girona Excellent Award 2023/24. The annealing is from Ullastret and the honey from Montgrí.
