The plants that are cultivated are located in different areas located in the Empordà, by the sea and close to areas of natural interest. The crop is organically produced in small areas of land where the entire process of planting, watering, harvesting and drying the plant is done by hand.
The aromatic herbs they grow are the following: thyme, rosemary, lavender, orange, sage, oregano, calendula, sajolida, mint, polyol (poleo-mint), basil and maria Lluïsa. Their infusions are named after Goddesses and a Greek God. The meat seasoning is made in collaboration with the Girona butchers' guild and the fish butchers, in collaboration with the Fishing Museum and the Palamós confraternity.
The Posido infusion won the Excellent Girona Award for the 2020-2021 edition.
